Thank you for shopping with Ownvibe.in. As all of our products are made to order, we aim to ensure high quality and customer satisfaction. Please review our policy carefully.

1. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of print-on-demand products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Incorrect size selection
• Change of mind
• Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

We strongly recommend reviewing size charts and product details before placing an order.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We will gladly offer a replacement or refund if:

• The product arrives damaged
• There is a manufacturing defect
• You receive the wrong item

To be eligible:

• You must contact us within 5 days of delivery
• Provide clear photos showing the issue
• Include your order number

Once verified, we will:

• Send a replacement at no additional cost, or
• Issue a full refund (including shipping, if applicable)

3. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 12–24 hours of purchase. After this window, production may have started and cancellation will not be possible.

4. Refunds (if applicable)

Refunds are issued only under these circumstances:

• Verified defective or damaged product
• Lost shipments (confirmed by carrier)
• Order cancellation within allowed time

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

5. Shipping Issues

• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers
• If an order is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, reshipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility
